Are the pool in the resort heated?
Yes, our pools are temperature controlled and maximum temperature is at 28 degrees celcius.
Can the hotel arrange for a transportation from and to the airport?
We can arrange roundtrip airport transfers at OMR 165.00 subject to 8% service charge, 4% government tax, 5% municipality tax and 5% VAT per car and can accommodate maximum of 3 person + 3 pieces of luggage.
Can you arrange transportation from the checkpoint?
Yes and it will cost OMR 55.00 subject to 8% service charge, 4% government tax, 5% municipality tax and 5% VAT per car and can accommodate maximum of 3 person + 3 pieces of luggage.
How can we get to the resort?
You will need a 4WD car with vehicle registration documents highlighting that the vehicle is 4WD to reach our resort and it will take at least 2 hours drive from Muscat while 40 minutes from Birkat Al Mouz.

What is the difference between Garden Pool Villa and Deluxe Garden Pool Villa?
The Deluxe Garden Pool Villas have their own private entrance and parking for one car per villa.
What is the difference between Premier and Deluxe Canyon View Rooms?
Premier Canyon View Rooms are on the ground floor by default while Deluxe Canyon View Rooms are on the first floor by default which offers full better view of the mountains.
